[SUB] Perman: The Birdman Has Arrived!!

It depicts the scene where Mitsuo meets Birdman and becomes a Perman, as well as his encounter with Perman No. 2. Furthermore, an incident occurs in which Michiko (Mitsuko in this work) is kidnapped for ransom, and Mitsuo becomes a perman to rescue Michiko and catch her kidnapper.
